Medical Curbside Pickup
The Tea House offers medical curbside pickup for registered Vermont Medical Patients and Caregivers who prefer a convenient option when visiting our dispensary.
Curbside service provides the same secure and verified process as in-store transactions — with added convenience.
Step 1: Place Your Order
Orders may be placed:
• Through our website online menu (Please write “ Curbside Pick-Up” in the Notes section at checkout.)
• By calling the dispensary at 802-332-6043
Step 2: Arrive & Park
When you arrive:
• Park in our designated curbside pickup space, located adjacent to our front entrance.
• You will see curbside signage posted with instructions (and phone number to call).
• Call our curbside pickup mobile number at 802-698-2468 to let us know you have arrived.
Please remain in your vehicle
Step 3: Verification & Payment
A Tea House team member will come to your vehicle to:
• Verify your valid Vermont Medical Registry ID and regular ID
• Confirm your order total
• Process payment (Cash or Debit only)
Once payment is completed, your products will be transferred directly to you.
• Curbside pickup is available during regular dispensary business hours.
• A valid VT Medical Registry ID and regular ID are required
• VT Medical Card holders that are 18+ may use curbside services
